This Privacy Policy is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and IT Rules 2011) of India. It describes how Outstellarr ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Sabarish Grandhe, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit outstellarr.com or engage with our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Submit a contact form or enquiry
  • Book a meeting via Calendly
  • Send us an email directly
  • Engage with us on LinkedIn or other social platforms

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact and enquiry data is typically retained for up to 3 years unless you request deletion earlier.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you ("Data Principal") have the following rights:

  • Right to access โ€” obtain a summary of personal data we hold and how it's processed
  • Right to correction and erasure โ€” request correction of inaccurate data or deletion when no longer needed
  • Right to grievance redressal โ€” raise a complaint that we must acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days
  • Right to nominate โ€” nominate a representative to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms of Service are governed by Indian law โ€” specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. They govern your use of outstellarr.com and any consulting services provided by Outstellarr (Sabarish Grandhe). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Outstellarr provides B2B outbound consulting, GTM strategy, and sales stack implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately in a written agreement or statement of work.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website โ€” including text, design, graphics, and code โ€” is owned by Outstellarr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or republish any content without written permission.

Work product created during a client engagement is owned by the client upon full payment, as agreed in the engagement contract. Sabarish Grandhe retains the right to reference the engagement type (not confidential details) for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during an engagement. This includes client data, business strategies, pricing, and any materials marked as confidential. This obligation continues for 2 years after the engagement ends.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly fee after the due date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outstellarr provides services in good faith based on available information. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Outbound results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, product-market fit, and sales team execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice unless a different notice period is specified in the engagement agreement. All fees due up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
